Student Printing System

Use the menu options to learn about the Valencia Student Printing System, managed by Seminole Office Solutions.

The new student printing system consists of smart multifunction print hardware "Print Stations" and kiosk-style "Pay Stations" as well as a student web portal. Print Stations are multi-function printers that provide the release station function, print and copy output as well as scanning functions all in one device. Funds can be added through the student printing system web portal or from a Pay Station device. Cash, Credit and Debit cards are accepted at the Pay Stations kiosks. PayPal can be use via the web portal, which accepts any PayPal payment method you have under your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account most credit and debit card are accepted.

Print Station: Two sizes of Epson Multi-Function Devices. This is where you make copies, release your print jobs and scan.

Pay Station: This is where you can add funds to your print account using cash or credit/debit card.

Student Web Portal: This is where you can manage your student printing account, including adding funds via PayPal, check your balance, and much more. Accessible from any Internet connected device.
