  • Our trained setup team completely assembles your unit from our local warehouse
  • Functionality tests are performed, unit is configured to manufacturer specifications
  • Unit is pre-programmed with customer settings to allow for plug-n-play installation
  • When unit is fully tested and ready, it is fully shrink wrapped and staged for delivery

  • Our delivery coordinator contacts you to setup a date and time for your installation and gathers any other pertinent information about the delivery location
  • IT setup and staff training are scheduled for time of delivery or alternate date/time

Delivery, Installation & Training

  • Our experienced and courteous delivery staff arrive and confirm location for unit
  • Our IT engineers obtain previous unit network information and backup as necessary (IP and network info, email & fax address book data, etc.)
  • Previous equipment is safely removed, area is vacuumed and cleaned by our delivery staff
  • New equipment is installed, copy and other tests are performed with adjustments made if necessary
  • Any trash is removed, area is picked up and unit fully wiped down upon completion
  • Our IT engineer performs setup of unit as outlined
  • Training of staff by dedicated trainer as scheduled
  • Follow up with sales executive after installation is complete to ensure your satisfaction
